Neelam Srivastava

A Chartered Insurance Broker with an Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII) and a fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (FIII). Neelam has a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She is a natural marketer full of spontaneous energy for client service. Neelam contributes extensively to our superior management of corporate consulting from experience at renowned multinationals such as Aon Ltd, as well as domestic concerns. She has an industry experience of more than 36 years. She has handled various types of complex insurance programs. Her expertise also lies in managing insurance claims and related advisory services to the client.

Christopher Siara

Christopher is a young and focused high flier with an eye on the future. He holds a CII certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and has over 17 years’ experience working with ARIS. An all-rounder, Chris has the focused zeal and steady growth with wide exposure in general business underwriting. He is currently heading the Business Development department while assisting the various departments in Life and Medical operations.

Paritosh Bajaria

A proactive leader with an MBA in Finance, his areas of expertise are Strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis. He has more than 29 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounting, Administration, Team Handling, Marketing and Operations, Logistics and Manufacturing. He has been a Treasurer of the Insurance Institute of Tanzania (IIT), which guides and organizes training and other activities for the members of Insurance Industry in Tanzania.

Alnoor Velani

With a diploma from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London, Alnoor is a qualified and experienced banker, insurer and financial services advisor with combined experience of 36 years including 18 years in Tanzania. He has hands on experience in developing insurance products including employee benefits and bancassurance in East African market and he currently heads ARiS Uganda as Managing Director. Alnoor has a versatile character, possessing an inborn “spirit to serve” which has been the key in maintaining cordial business relationships with players across the insurance and financial industry.

Elvaina Urassa

Elvaina holds a Master’s Degree from Mzumbe University, Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania and has 16 years’ of experience with various brokers in the insurance industry. Elvaina is a bundle of energy and a great resource for the team. A born leader with patience to train and groom young underwriters and an equally intelligent and hard-working lady. She provides day to day services to clients including all documentation as per the laid down Standard Operating Procedures, negotiations with insurers, and all other ancillary services required by the client.

Khadija Athuman

Khadija has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry and a certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. She has past experience in The Jubilee Insurance Company of Tanzania Limited and Tanzindia Assurance Company Limited. Her expertise lies in management of all claims, with a specialization in complex covers such as Assets All Risks, Banker’s Blanket Bond and other highly concentrated risks. She is exceptionally skilled at maintaining strong relations and managing complex dynamics between all parties in a claim.
HR and Legal Compliance Manager

Aisaa Kisamo

Aisaa is our HR and Legal Compliance Manager since February 2023 having acted for various parties on commercial transactions and company compliance internally and with regulatory bodies as well as other civil matters in his previous job role. Aisaa undertakes our HR Matters and attending to all types of legal compliance in the company. Aisaa holds an integrated Bachelor of Arts in Laws (B.A. LL.B) from the University of Osmania – Hyderabad, India and is an Advocate of the High Court and courts subordinate thereto save for Primary Courts.

Dr. Abassi Mussa

Dr. Abassi is a registered medical doctor (MD) by the Medical Council of Tanganyika. He has more than 10 years of clinical and medical/health insurance experience and has a certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. He has experience at regional hospitals, insurance companies, company clinics, and the government health insurance fund. He has also attended observational training on Management of medical clinics at Wye Valley NHS County Hospital in the UK. His varied experiences and trainings enable him to provide holistic solutions for clients’ health and wellbeing.

David Dias

An IT professional with over a decade and a half of experience including Insurance. He holds a Certificate of Insurance qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) of London. He started his career at Computer Center, a highly reputed IT support company. He has a brilliant scientific mindset for system design, problem analysis and solutions in IT from server administration, computer networking to general office IT support. David has even managed the motor insurance department for over two years.
